4 Axis Turn-Mill Centre

We offer the performance-centric 4-Axis Turn-Mill Centre (HAAS - Model - ST10Y) which has been custom made to raise the productivity levels and offer greater load capacity. This product is compatible with CAD/CAM packages and the control features are developed to make sure that the machine performs various activities such as improving surface finish and reduce the production time.

Specifications:

The ST10Y has a small footprint, yet provides a maximum capacity of 9"x14", with a 16.25" swing over the cross slide.

The spindle turns to 6000 rpm, and the 15 hp vector drive system provides 75 ft-lb of cutting torque.

The machine comes with a 6.5" hydraulic chucking system and 12-station turret are standard.

Vertical Milling Centre

We are a widely acclaimed manufacturer and supplier of the Vertical Milling Centre (HAAS - Model –VF2YT). The machine has been designed to cater to high-end tolerance milling which includes fine die and mold work. The performance centric vector drive spindles that we incorporate in our VMCs ensures that the productivity is increased by leaps and bounds.

The fact that our VMC machine features Haas control makes the handling much easier and user centric. This machine is cost-effective and widely appreciated for its performance among our clients in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Faridabad, India etc.
